The Flameproof J-Hook Light Fixture has been designed as a highly effective, explosion-protected LED lighting fixture intended for suspended mounting within hazardous areas. Featuring a robust J-hook design for suspended mounting using a chain or cable, the fixture provides powerful lighting while optimizing safety within explosive environments.
Its flameproof (Ex d) enclosure protects it and prevents the spread of flames to the surrounding environment, and it is also fully compliant with the various international standards and is certified to work in Zone 1 & 2 (Gas) and Zone 21 & 22 (Dust) environments, suitable for Gas Groups IIA, IIB, and IIC.
These fixtures can be found functioning effectively in demanding sectors such as oil & gas exploration, petrochemical refineries, offshore platforms, chemical plants, mining sites, pharmaceuticals plants, or sea ports where overhead lighting is required in explosive environments.
Equipped with the latest LED technology, it is more energy-efficient, has an extended lifespan, and is low in maintenance, outshining the traditional HID or fluorescent explosion-proof light.

The J_hook design ensures easy and flexible mounting for situations that do not require permanent installation, for example, in temporary work areas, high bay applications, and retrofits. The explosion-proof lighting ensures ease of carrying due to its lighter and sturdier designs.

Compared to the old fixture, this new fixture consumes less power (up to 80% power savings), produces less heat, along with less vibration, thereby saving on running costs as well as ensuring a safe working environment.
